Without our vendors, Tacofest would be missing two crucial ingredients. Every year, they donate all the food and drink at our annual fiesta.

Our first competitor knows a thing or two about tacos and good times. Gilt Restaurant specializes in sharing plates and social atmospheres. Located in DTK, it’s a great place to join friends for a meal (or some deep fried cheese curds).
Gilt joined the Tacofest competition two years ago. Last year, they really brought their taco game, and became our reigning champion. Their 2016 taco didn’t just taste great—it looked great. With a translucent, rice-based tortilla and bright yellow sauce, it was one of the most unique tacos our judges had seen yet.
Kudos to you, Gilt! And thank you for coming back in 2017! We’re excited to see how you’ll top that taco. (No pressure.)
