At 32 years old, Big Rock Brewery has been at it a long time. The Calgary based brewing company got its start when its founder, lawyer Ed McNally was working on a legal case against the Alberta Wheat Board on behalf of a group of barely growers and learned that the province was an ideal growing location for the crop. From there, he decided to open up a craft brewery and we are so very thankful he did.
Big Rock has become an institution in the Canadian industry and has since expanded to both British Columbia and Ontario, with distribution reaching much further than that. Having won multiple acclaim at the Canadian Brewing Awards over the years, you can always rely on Big Rock to have some of the finest beverages around, regardless of whether you have a taste for ales, lagers, wheat beer, ciders of anything else.
This year, we are beyond excited for their support of the clients of Community Support Connections – Meals on Wheels and More. Help us give them a huge welcome into the Tacofest fold, we cannot wait to see what they bring to the event.
