Without our vendors, Tacofest would be missing two crucial ingredients. Every year, they donate all the food and drink at our annual fiesta.

Waterloo Region: we want you to help us thank them! Leading up to the big event, we’ll profile our vendors one by one. So next time you’re looking for a great meal or local brew, you know where to turn.

The Bruce Craft House is located at the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre—but it’s not your average hotel restaurant. With 10 taps dedicated to local brews, and an evergreen seasonal menu, this place was made for Tacofesters like you. Tip: try their pizza, baked in a state-of-the-art stone-fired oven.

The Bruce has been a long-time supporter of Community Support Connections—Meals on Wheels and More. In fact, they’ve been a dedicated Tacofest competitor since year one. And every year, they bring something unexpected. Looking for a French-inspired taco? The Bruce did it (duck confit at Tacofest 2013). Wish you could add some Jamaican flare? The Bruce did it (jerk chicken at Tacofest 2014). They also support CSC’s other annual foodie fundraiser, The Mayor’s Souper Sampler for Meals on Wheels, where they’ve taken home the Souper Sampler Trophy a whopping 5 times in 7 years since its inaugural event!

So—what’s next, Bruce? We can’t wait to see what you come up with for 2017.
