Without our vendors, Tacofest would be missing two crucial ingredients. Every year, they donate all of the food and drink at our annual fiesta.
Waterloo Region: we want you to help us thank them! Leading up to the big event, we’ll profile our vendors one by one. So next time you are looking for a great meal or local brew, you know where to turn.
Our next vendor is another Tacofest veteran – and previous champion. The Bauer Kitchen (TBK) has been part of your favourite fiesta for 4 years, and we couldn’t be happier to have them back for another!
TBK is a SoHo-inspired bistro in Uptown Waterloo. Pairing gourmet food with creative cocktails, local brews, and their very own cask-aged whiskey, this restaurant is sure to please. And they always please the Tacofest crowd too! Every year, TBK is a taco front-runner in the competition. What will they bring to the shell this year? We can’t wait to find out!
