Without our vendors, Tacofest would be missing two crucial ingredients. Every year, they donate all of the food and drink at our annual fiesta.

Here’s a fun fact: this restaurant was originally built as a livery stable in the 1800s. Today, it’s a favourite in Uptown Waterloo’s dining scene, with a one-of-a-kind selection of North American dishes.
