When can I purchase tickets?
Tickets go on sale on Friday, May 4th, 2018 at 12pm NOON sharp (#maythefourthbewithyou). Tickets are $65 each with every dollar going to support the clients of Community Support Connections – Meals on Wheels and More (CSC), a local charity that works with hundreds of local volunteers to help thousands of people live in their homes through programs including Meals on Wheels, free gentle exercise programs, and transportation to important medical appointments.
Where do I purchase Tacofest tickets?
Tickets are only available online through our chosen ticketing platform, Eventbrite. Click here to be directed to our event.
If you don’t have an Eventbrite account, we suggest you set one up before tickets go on sale so your information is ready to go. There’s a lot of traffic on the site when ticket sales open at noon, so we suggest keep refreshing, refreshing, refreshing! As you know, tickets go in seconds but sometimes transactions aren’t completed and tickets may reappear.
How many tickets can I purchase at one time?
FOUR!
We know some of you would buy all of them if you could, and we are grateful for your interest in supporting the clients at CSC. However, we want to give all of our friends in Waterloo Region a chance to come to this event. If you need more than FOUR tickets, we recommend you coordinate with a friend or family member so that you can purchase as many as you need.
What does the purchase of my ticket include?
Your ticket purchase includes entrance and all you can eat tacos. On the night of the event, we will be selling $1 beer tokens for your craft beer and cider samples. Thanks to our generous vendors who donate all of their tacos, craft beer and ciders, we are able to keep costs down and direct more funds raised to CSC clients.
How much are beer tokens?
Beer/cider tokens can be purchased for $1 per sample. If you are purchasing tickets for friends, be sure to tell them to bring cash as there is no ATM on site, and remind them all proceeds go to support the clients of CSC.
When and where is Tacofest again?
Friday, June 22nd at THEMUSEUM in downtown Kitchener, from 6:00pm to 10:30pm.
